• Combining our sector expertise on a shared database of the 500 investments completed to date, sharing our pipelines and providing support from sourcing and “triage” through to deal completion.
• Sharing specific and detailed experience in driving value in the portfolio.
• Making introductions to LPs – if you like one or two of us, you’ll probably like the rest!
• Convening a three-day Partner retreat each year to share best practice and stay cutting-edge - “working on our business” rather than just “in the business”.
• Establishing the HBS-Alliance Academy a bespoke 3-day executive program for all 150 private equity professionals worldwide.
• Co-investing alongside the GP commit of member firms, so that individual Partners have a stake in each and every business (Alliance Partners Commitment Fund).
